It replaces manual ppositioning and crimping of handles to big bottles .

Simple and practical structural design that makes it easy to set up and work with different sizes of bottles and handles. Control based on, HMI and PLC, but also with servomotors and multiple sensors for protection. With one loading of handles in the feeding mechanism, 40-50 minutes of continuous work.

 

-Capacity: up to 4000 b/h (depending on the size of the bottle/tube)

-Bottle shape: All types of PVC, PP, PET bottles with a volume over 1.5 L
