MACHINE FOR CUTTING VEGETABLES (peppers and cabbage)

Machine cutting peppers and cabbage – “RM-3000” is used for cutting the peppers and remove the core. Caps are placed manually on nests on channel 4 transporter. Dissection of the four pieces and removal of pods were performed by the knife 4. The nests are adjustable according to different sizes of vegetables. The frame and the details of the machine are made of stainless steel ANSI 304, which allows easy and full cleaning.
