DESCRIPTION:

The machine is intended for automatic rinsing of glass bottles and their subsequent filling and capping to a predetermined level by fresh milk, yogurt , ayrian etc dairy products  . The machine is designed based on a rotary principle and is made entirely of non-corrosive material. The operating height of the machine can be adjusted, depending on the size of the packs. The rinsing can be performed by water solutions, disinfectants, ozonized water, etc.

SECTOR: “FILLING”:

After entering of the bottles, from rinsing sector, to the filling sector, they are picked up by star wheel, which drives them under the filling valves for upcoming filling. In this edition of the machine, the dosage is according to a flow metric measurement, which guarantees the dosage accuracy.
