An automatic machine intended for filling and capping PET bottles with plastic caps.

Integrated flow-measurement devices guarantee filling accuracy.

The great advantage of the measuring  system based on the flowmeters is that it provides constant accuracy during filling, while the deviation is reduced from 0.1% to 0.5%, as well as when filling in a protected environment and avoiding contamination

The operator controls the dosing process via touch screen display.

Capping heads with equipped with a contact-less magnetic clutch, which is used to calibrate

the fixing force.

The machine is designed on the basis of a rotational principle.

All components in contact with the product are made of stainless steel .

The caps are fed to the capping head by means of cap orienting device,

which ensures faultless operation.

No moving or sealing parts such as springs, seals, pistons, etc. prevent flow interruption. Typical application – when working with microbiologically sensitive products such as milk, dairy products, juices, iced teas, cold filling ketchup, etc. The capping module is made on the basis of the innovative Pick in Place method, which guarantees high quality of positioning and closing the caps.
